Single item
One couch, mattress set, recliner, or appliance, priced on its own.
1/4 truck
A quarter of the 18-cubic-yard truck bed, roughly two and a half pickup-truck loads.
1/2 truck
Half the truck bed, roughly five pickup-truck loads.
3/4 truck
Three quarters of the truck bed, roughly seven and a half pickup-truck loads.
Full truck
The whole 12 by 8 by 5 foot bed, roughly ten pickup-truck loads. Loads also price in eighths between these sizes.

From a single item pickup to a full property cleanout, here is how the job goes from the first phone call to a swept-clean space.
Request a Quote
Call, text a photo, or book online. Say what the load is, where it sits, and whether anything like a hot tub or appliance still needs disconnecting, so it goes into the quote.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose a two-hour arrival window: 9 to 11, 11 to 1, 1 to 3, or 3 to 5, and bookings close at 5pm. Same-day and next-day pickups are often available when the schedule allows.
We Do the Heavy Lifting
The crew looks at the load and the access, confirms one total, and waits for your approval. Then they carry everything out from wherever it sits and load the truck.
Responsible Disposal
We donate and recycle whenever possible, where local facilities accept the items. Whatever can't be reused is disposed of properly, and disposal is already part of your total.

Every job is priced by the space it takes in the truck, and the crew confirms the total before anything is loaded.
Appliance Removal
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, and AC units. Mention a gas line or hardwired unit when you book so it's in the quote.
Commercial Junk Removal
Offices, warehouses, and rental properties, on demand or on a weekly or monthly schedule.
Estate Cleanouts
A whole house cleared room by room, with donation and recycling whenever local facilities accept the items.
Furniture Removal
Couches, mattresses, dressers, and patio sets carried out of the house, down the stairs, and onto the truck.
Garage Cleanouts
Years of boxes, tools, and old equipment carried out so the car fits again, priced by truck space.
Hot Tub Removal
Portable and built-in tubs dismantled on site and hauled away, with any disconnect covered in the quote.
Junk Removal
Single items or a full load from anywhere on the property, priced by how much of the truck it fills and confirmed before loading.
Light Demolition
Sheds, decks, fences, and kitchen or bathroom tear-outs taken down and hauled off in the same job. Non-structural work only.
